Fused Quartz Coverslip #No1.5

The optical clarity is exactly what I needed for my fluorescence work at 0.17mm thickness. Arrived in a sturdy box with no chips or scratches, which is rare for coverslips.

The 0.17mm thickness is exactly right for my high-magnification microscope work, and the optical clarity is noticeably better than standard glass. Definitely worth the upgrade for UV fluorescence imaging.

Swapped these in for my usual glass coverslips and the difference in UV transmission is obvious under the scope. Quartz at this thickness barely cuts the signal, which matters for my fluorescence work. Zero chipping on the edges too.
